Balboa Park Explorer Community Access Pass (CAP) Program Application
The Community Access Pass (CAP) Program works with San Diego County 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations to provide a limited quantity of free Explorer Annual Passes to under-resourced individuals and families in the community. Our current nonprofit partners include Goodwill, YMCA, Voices for Children, and Include Autism. We are always seeking more partners to share the wonder of arts and culture in Balboa Park throughout San Diego.

Note: This application is for nonprofit organizations interested in partnering with the Explorer Pass program only, not individual persons or families interested in receiving an Explorer Annual Pass. Pass distributions are available only through our nonprofit partner network.
