Processing may take up to 24 hours. Once your redemption has been processed you will receive a Temporary Annual Pass(es) via e-mail to start visiting participating museums right away! Your physical Pass(es) will arrive in the mail within 5 - 7 business days after processing.

Please note: 

  • All Annual Passes must be named and are non-transferable. For Family Annual Passes: Passholders can be added any time, space permitting. 
  • Date of birth is required for each Passholder to assign the appropriate Pass type in our new system. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. 
  • Additional children may be added to a Family Annual Pass for a fee of $40 per child. Purchase must be made over the phone.
