- Japanese Friendship Garden & Museum will close early at 5 PM on 7/11, 7/17, 7/18, and 7/21. The Lower Garden will close early at 4:30 PM on 7/25 for their Natsu Nights event.
- Timken Museum of Art will close early at 2 PM on 7/12.
- The San Diego History Center will close early at 3 PM on 7/16.
- Fleet Science Center will close early at 3 PM on 7/16.
Some museum hours may be affected on 7/16 due to the Esri Conference. See each website for details.

Bring the whole family to the Balboa Park Cultural District on Saturday, July 25 for a day of adventure at the next Explorer Family Day! During National Carousel Day, find us at the Explorer Table by the Dorothea Laub Carousel where you'll receive a fun activity sheet that will send you exploring throughout your favorite museums. Complete the activity to redeem a prize! Plus, Explorers can pick up a free, family-friendly Flip 7 card game during the event, while supplies last. RSVPs required.
